Sight Size Self-Portrait

Okay, there are some obvious problems with this... BUT I'm very excited to have discovered the sight-size technique which means you make the painting the same size as the image you're looking at.  So in this case I put a mirror and a canvas side by side on the easel.

When I concentrate -- I can't crack a smile.

Now to try the technique with a model other than myself.  Any volunteers?
